Mill operator: I was a youngster when I came to live BETWAY in the UK [Miller was brought into the world in Jamaica]. At that point, it required seven years to fit the bill to play, so I was likely never going to make it as an expert. Rather I played club, Minor County and some province second XI cricket. One thing that struck me was that I never saw a dark mentor. More established individuals of color would discuss it as though there was some obstruction. It simply didn't appear to be an accessible vocation decision. Also, as I developed more established, I saw there were basically no youthful dark players coming through.
